Sable Recruitment in London is seeking a Nursery Room Leader for a full-time, term-time role. You will head a room, manage staff, train new employees and supervise activities from 8:45am to 4:15pm, Monday to Friday, with a July–September start.

Applicants should hold a Level 3 in Childcare and have at least 2 years of Nursery Practitioner experience. Team leadership and a friendly approach to children and colleagues are important.

Salary: From £13.48 per hour

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Nursery Room Leader to start as soon as possible. This position is a full-time permanent contract working term‑time only. You will be working from 8:45am - 4:15pm Monday to Friday. This role will have a start date of between July and September 2023.

You will be responsible for leading and managing your room and team. You will train new employees, complete occasional 1-2-1's and staff supervisions and be an overall friendly and approachable member of staff to both the children and employees.
