Job summary

Willing care in England is seeking an experienced Room Leader to drive daily operations of a busy early years room, inspire practitioners, and deliver outstanding EYFS practice. • Level 3 Early Years qualification is required.

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Room Leader to join their Good Ofsted-rated nursery. The nursery places a strong emphasis on spending time outdoors every day, with practitioners using both the indoor and outdoor environments to deliver every area of the EYFS curriculum. This approach helps children develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning through meaningful, hands-on experiences. What We're Looking For

• Level 3 Early Years qualification
• Previous experience as a Room Leader, Senior Nursery Practitioner, or similar senior role
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience supporting and mentoring colleagues
• A nurturing and child-centred approach to childcare
• Up to £32,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
