Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to head one of our nursery rooms. You'll oversee daily care, learning experiences and supervise staff, ensuring high standards of safeguarding and EYFS compliance.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a salary around £32,800 depending on experience. We offer a pension, staff discounts, and employee support to help you thrive in a supportive early years setting.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant).
• Minimum 1 year’s experience leading a room in a nursery or earlyyears setting.

Our clients based in Farnborough, Hampshire in their lovely nursery setting are seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to join their team to lead one of the nursery rooms.
