Room Leader or Qualified Nursery Practitioner

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting a passionate, experienced Room Leader or Qualified Nursery Practitioner for a fantastic nursery based near West Ealing, London. The successful candidate must have a real passion for childcare and adding to the development of each and every child in their care!

Key Responsibilities

1. Support all staff and engage in a good staff team.
2. Liaise with and support parents and other family members.
3. To be involved in out of working hours activities, e.g. training, monthly staff meetings, parent evenings, fundraising events, etc.
4. To be flexible within working practices of the nursery. Be prepared to help where needed.
5. Work alongside the Manager and staff team to ensure that the nursery's philosophy is fulfilled.
6. Look upon the nursery as a whole and assess where your help can be most utilized.
7. Be constantly aware of the individual needs of all children.
