Are you a Qualified Nursery Room Leader? Great! We are looking to bring on board a childcare professional on a FULL-TIME, permanent basis at our Busy Bees London Battersea SW8 5BP Nursery, which holds an OFSTED rating of GOOD.

As a Room Leader with us, you will guide and support the team by role modeling your knowledge and best practices. You may also wish to enroll in a Management Qualification through our in-house training academy to develop your leadership skills and pursue promotion!

Some of your responsibilities as a Nursery Room Leader at Busy Bees include:

• Ensuring each child's individual needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Owning the observation, assessment, and planning process for your key children in line with EYFS standards, providing developmentally appropriate next steps, and supporting the staff team.
• Encouraging and praising children's development and achievements while guiding and managing your team.
• And most importantly… having FUN!

To qualify for this role, you must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Manager, or Nursery Practitioner.
