Job summary

TeacherActive is working with a variety of nurseries across Birmingham and the surrounding areas to recruit Flexible Nursery Practitioners for immediate start.

Focus on delivering high-quality care and EYFS-aligned activities while supporting children aged 0-5 in multiple settings. Flexible shifts, weekly pay, and ongoing consultant support are available to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working in a nursery or Early Years setting.
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Flexibility and confidence working across different settings.

Responsibilities

• Support children aged 0-5 with their learning, development and daily routines.
• Deliver fun and engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a safe, welcoming and nurturing environment.
• Work alongside experienced nursery teams.
• Adapt confidently to different nursery settings.

Salary: From £14.25 per hour
