Thrive Leyland Meadows in Leyland is seeking a qualified Early Years Practitioner to provide flexible supply cover for children aged 3 months to 5 years. The role offers a zero-hours contract and flexible hours to fit around your lifestyle.

Qualified at Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare, you will join a friendly team with competitive pay of £13.45 per hour and access to funded training and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support and deliver stimulating learning experiences through play and planned activities.
• Promote children's individual learning and development.
• Support daily routines, activities and holiday cover.
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Work effectively as part of a skilled and passionate Early Years team.
• Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children.
• Follow nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding requirements.
• Act as a positive role model for children and colleagues.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and experienced team on a flexible supply basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You'll have the opportunity to work across both indoor and outdoor environments, creating stimulating experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

We welcome applications from Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners who are looking for flexible work within a supportive and nurturing nursery environment.
