Job summary

Thrive Pudsey is seeking qualified and unqualified Early Years Practitioners for flexible supply roles across our nursery in Leeds. You'll support children aged 3 months to 5 years with safe, enjoyable learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification preferred; unqualified considered.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and promoting children’s welfare.
• Ability to work flexibly to meet nursery needs.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years.
• Support and deliver stimulating learning experiences through play and planned activities.

• Support daily routines, activities and holiday cover.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and experienced team on a flexible supply basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You'll have the opportunity to work across both indoor and outdoor environments, creating stimulating experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

We welcome applications from unqualified, Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioners who are looking for flexible work within a supportive and nurturing nursery environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification ideally but we can accept unqualified
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• A reliable, enthusiastic and positive approach
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and learning experiences
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare
• The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery
