Thrive Leyland Meadows is seeking qualified Early Years Practitioners to join on a flexible supply basis. Roles involve caring for children aged 3 months to 5 years and delivering learning through play.

To apply, you should hold Level 2 or Level 3 in Early Years/Childcare. This supply position offers flexible hours, competitive pay (£12.80–£13.45 per hour), and opportunities for training and progression.

We are looking for passionate and dedicated qualified Early Years Practitioners to join our friendly and experienced team on a flexible supply basis.

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development opportunities for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You'll have the opportunity to work across both indoor and outdoor environments, creating stimulating experiences that support children's learning, development and wellbeing.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, nurturing and engaging care for children aged 3 months to 5 years

What We're Looking For

• Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• A strong understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
• The ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the nursery
