Job summary

Thrive Childcare in Warrington is hiring an Early Years Support Worker on a zero hour contract with flexible hours. You’ll engage with children aged 3 months to 5 years in indoor and outdoor settings, helping deliver stimulating learning experiences and supporting development.

Qualified or unqualified applicants are welcome. We provide extensive training, DBS checks, and a welcoming team environment that values safeguarding, outdoor learning, and a nature-based approach.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.

Responsibilities
