Qualifications

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play an important role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to children aged 0-5 years. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, develop, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the learning, development, and wellbeing of children aged 0-5 in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Create a safe, welcoming, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children feel secure and encouraged to learn.
• Plan and participate in engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Recognise and support children's individual needs, interests, abilities, and stages of development.
• Encourage children to develop their confidence, independence, communication, and social skills.
• Assist with planning and implementing activities that support children's learning and development.
