Bright Horizons Poppetts Day Nursery in Shenfield, Essex is hiring a SEN Early Years Practitioner. You will plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering a safe space for exploration and learning.

We value EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise and strong partnerships with families. This role requires Level 3+ Early Years qualifications and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.
