Job summary

Bright Horizons Hinchley Wood Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child, supporting their development and milestones in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will foster a love of learning, adhere to EYFS standards, and work with happy, supportive teams. DBS check required; role offers varied shift options and professional development.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each key child to support development toward milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
