Bright Horizons Buckhurst Hill Day Nursery is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, create and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, guiding development toward key milestones.

You will foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning. A Level 3+ EYFS qualification and safeguarding knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child’s needs to support development.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
• Monitor progress toward milestones and adapt activities to individual development.
• Collaborate with colleagues and families to support every child’s wellbeing and learning.
