Job summary

Bright Horizons Maidenhead Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a full-time Early Years Practitioner in Maidenhead. The role focuses on planning and delivering engaging activities that support children’s development, while ensuring a safe, inclusive environment where each child can express themselves and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.

You will work within a 93-place nursery opened in 2019, with strong emphasis on safeguarding, partnerships with families, and a professional development

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher in Early Years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Experience or commitment to safeguarding and child protection.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child.
• Foster a safe environment that encourages kids to express themselves and develop a love of learning.
• Build trust and communicate effectively with colleagues and parents/carers.
