Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for Poppetts Day Nursery and Preschool in Shenfield. The role involves planning and delivering engaging activities, supporting development, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment for children.

The ideal candidate holds a full Level 3 (or higher) Early Years qualification, has a solid EYFS understanding, and commits to safeguarding best practices. DBS checks apply; join an inclusive team focused on early childhood education.

• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to foster development towards milestones.
