Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to support children in Early Years across a mix of settings in Llanelli. You will deliver engaging activities, monitor development and wellbeing, and work closely with a supportive Early Years team to create a nurturing environment.

The role is a mix of short-term and long-term opportunities, with continuous on-site support, CPD opportunities, and competitive pay rates. DBS checks and safeguarding are part of the process.

Qualifications

• Requires a relevant Early Years or childcare qualification
• Experience working with children in an Early Years setting
• Understanding of children's learning, development and wellbeing
• Caring, nurturing approach to children
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Adaptability and a positive can-do attitude

Responsibilities
