Job summary

Childbase Partnership Ltd is seeking a caring Nursery Practitioner for lunch cover at our Nene Valley Day Nursery in Northampton. This permanent, part-time role offers 20 hours per week across 52 weeks, working 10:00-14:00, Monday to Friday.

The hourly salary ranges from £12.87 to £14.87, with pro-rata benefits and ongoing training through our EduBase network. We value nurturing, safeguarding, and EYFS knowledge, and welcome applicants who can support children’s development in a warm, inclusive

Qualifications

• Experience caring for babies and children aged five and under, ideally in an early years environment.
• Knowledge of child development and EYFS principles to support learning through play.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Ability to communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to build positive relationships.
