Childbase Partnership Ltd is inviting applications for a Nursery Practitioner (Lunch Cover) at Cherry Trees Day Nursery in Cranfield. The role is permanent, 20 hours per week across 52 weeks, with shifts 10:00-14:00, Monday to Friday.

Salary is £12.87-£14.87 per hour, paid weekly and with generous benefits. You will work in a supportive, employee-owned environment that values care, development and safeguarding.

Qualifications

• You are a naturally nurturing person with experience caring for babies and children aged five and under.
• Knowledge of child development and EYFS helps you plan engaging activities to support learning.

Responsibilities

• Implement activities planned by the Key Person to support children's learning.
• Contribute to observations for the children’s learning journeys.
• Safeguard and promote the welfare and safety of every child.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support children’s wellbeing.
