Role Expectations

• Meet individual children's needs as a keyworker, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Manage observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and celebrate children's development and achievements.
• Most importantly, have fun!

Minimum Requirements: Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience working with children, such as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.
