Rocasa Consulting Ltd is seeking a caring Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly team in Solihull. You will create a warm, stimulating environment that supports young children’s development and wellbeing, while ensuring safeguarding and health and safety standards are met.

As a key member of the nursery, you will plan activities aligned with EYFS, observe and document progress, and work closely with families and colleagues to support each child’s learning journey.

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a friendly nursery team based in Solihull.

You will play an important role in supporting children’s learning, development and wellbeing, creating a safe, warm and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

About the role

• Plan and provide fun, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS.
• Act as a Key Person, building positive relationships with children and their families.
• Support children’s individual learning and development needs.
• Work closely with colleagues and parents to support each child.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and nursery practice.
• Complete observations, assessments and relevant documentation.

About you

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Has experience working in an Early Years setting.
• Has a good understanding of the EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted requirements.
• Is caring, reliable, professional and able to work well as part of a team.
• Has excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow.
