What to Expect as a Nursery Nurse/Educator

• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, including supporting children with SEND/ASL needs and assisting parents.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and celebrate children’s development and achievements.
• Most importantly, have FUN!
