Role Expectations

• As a keyworker, ensure each child's needs are met, supporting parents with SEND/ASL needs.
• Take ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS, providing developmentally appropriate next steps.
• Encourage and praise children’s development and achievements.

*Requirements: You must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience working with children, such as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse.*
