Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Elm Park, Essex ??
Location: RM12
Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: £24,750 – £27,250 per year
Level 3 Childcare Qualification Required

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting children’s development through engaging activities, individual attention, and close communication with parents. You'll also act as a key worker and contribute to Tapestry observations and learning journals.
Key Requirements:Level 3 qualification in Childcare (NNEB/CACHE, BTEC or NVQ)
Minimum of GCSEs or Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths
Paediatric First Aid certified
Experience working in early years settings
Strong understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and inclusive practice
Excellent communication and teamworking skills
