Job summary

Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team. The setting offers expansive gardens, convenient transport routes, and a supportive induction, all within walking distance of the town centre.

You will plan and deliver engaging activities, create a safe learning environment, and help children develop toward key milestones, fostering a lifelong love of learning.

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3+ Early Years qualification.
• Solid EYFS knowledge and safeguarding understanding.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.

Nursery - Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool. Salary - starting from £28,073 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience). Location - Basingstoke. We're looking for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Basingstoke Copper Beeches Day Nursery and Preschool, situated within a walking distance to the Town Centre, with a super easy bus route. The nursery has stunning expansive gardens, dedicated children's kitchen, 7 base rooms, large onsite parking, staff children attend and flexible shifts. The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What we're looking for

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers
