Nursery – Bright Horizons Potten End Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – Starting from £12.99ph (level 2), starting from £13.50ph (level 3) (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Location – Hemel Hempstead, HP1

Hours – Full Time Monday-Friday

The beautiful 92‑place setting is based in converted barns, with spacious and well‑resourced rooms, as well as a large garden area complete with play equipment and animals. The nursery is Ofsted rated 'Good' and benefits from plenty of on‑site parking.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/carers
