Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is hiring a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) for a village nursery in the United Kingdom. Salary £27,000–£27,500 per year for a 40-hour week. A DBS check, references, and right-to-work verification are required.

Qualifications

• Own transport due to village location

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and Early Years education throughout the nursery day
• Create experiences that combine the EYFS with Montessori-inspired learning
• Encourage children to explore, make choices and become increasingly independent
• Plan activities around children's interests and stages of development
• Observe children's progress and identify meaningful next steps
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where children feel secure
• Support children's emotional, social and physical development
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers
• Maintain high safeguarding, health & safety and wellbeing standards
