Creative Minds Nurseries is excited to offer a position for a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner at our brand new Montessori Nursery in Gerrards Cross. The role focuses on providing high-quality, child-centred care within the EYFS framework, with a 40-hour week (4–5 days) and daily 8-hour shifts between 8am and 6pm.

Montessori experience is a bonus; applicants should be dedicated to safeguarding and professional conduct, and eager to contribute to a nurturing, community-focused setting in

Qualifications

• Must hold Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Full-time role; 4-5 days and 40 hours per week.
• Able to work 8 hours daily between 8am–6pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, child-centred care and learning.
• Maintain safeguarding, health and hygiene procedures.
• Plan activities with strong key-person practice.
• Build relationships with parents and guardians.
• Maintain accurate records and safe environments.
• Support nursery events and professional development.
