Job summary

Willing Care Recruitment Limited is hiring a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) for a village nursery in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on providing high-quality Early Years education within a Montessori-inspired approach. Located in a charming building within a peaceful village setting, this nursery offers children a warm environment where they can feel settled and confident to explore. The rooms are thoughtfully arranged with carefully selected resources, giving children opportunities to investigate, create and make their own choices throughout the day.

The nursery combines the EYFS with Montessori-inspired principles, balancing purposeful learning with independence and child-led exploration. As a Nursery Practitioner, you’ll use this approach to create meaningful experiences around each child's interests, development and individual needs.

Please note: due to the nursery's village location, you will need your own transport to reliably travel to and from the setting.
