Job summary

Aspire People is seeking enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join a range of nursery settings. You will provide high-quality care and learning support to children aged 0-5, in a safe and nurturing environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare is essential.
• Experience in nursery or early years settings.
• Good understanding of the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

• Support learning, development and wellbeing of 0–5s in line with EYFS.
• Create a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment for children.
• Plan and participate in age-appropriate activities.
• Recognise and support individual needs and development stages.
• Encourage confidence, independence, communication and social skills.
• Assist with planning and implementing learning activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and promote welfare of all children.
