Aspire People is recruiting a Nursery Practitioner for Kingstanding, supporting children aged 0-5 within EYFS settings.

You will work as part of a friendly team across multiple nursery settings, delivering high-quality care and education with a focus on safeguarding, development, and partnership with parents. Level 2 or 3 in Early Years/Childcare is essential, with previous nursery experience preferred. Aspire People provide ongoing support and opportunities to advance your early years career.

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (essential).

Aspire People are currently working with a number of reputable and welcoming nursery settings in and around Kingstanding who are looking for enthusiastic, caring, and dedicated Level 2 and Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join their teams.

The Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care, education, and support to children aged 0-5 years.

You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure, supported, and encouraged to learn and develop.

Key Responsibilities

• Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing in line with the EYFS framework.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.
