Job summary

Busy Bees Nurseries is recruiting for an Early Years practitioner at our UK nursery. You’ll help plan and deliver engaging activities that support early development in a safe, nurturing setting and take responsibility as Key Person for building strong relationships with families.

We look for a Level 2 qualification in early years, experience with under-5s, and genuine empathy with every child. Strong communication and organisation help you thrive in our busy environment.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare required.
• Experience working with children under 5 preferred.
• Empathy and understanding for each child's unique needs.
• Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

Busy Bees La Providence accommodates 58 children and is dedicated to ensuring that every child has the best start in life. What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
