Job summary

Busy Bees Horsham is seeking an Early Years Educator to help foster the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children in a supportive nursery setting.

You will work with a dedicated team, deliver engaging activities, and contribute to creating a safe, inclusive learning environment while building strong relationships with families as a Key Person.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

About Our Nursery

Busy Bees Horsham, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 130 children and features a passionate team dedicated to giving every child the best start in life.
