Job summary

Busy Bees Bishops Stortford is seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to help children develop across core areas in a warm, supportive setting. You’ll join a leading UK nursery group and contribute to our Bee Curious curriculum that nurtures curiosity and confidence.

As Key Person you’ll plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, monitor progress, and work closely with families. A Level 2 EY qualification and experience with under-5s are preferred.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
