Busy Bees Kettering is recruiting an Early Years Educator to support development of young children within our Outstanding nursery. You will work as part of a caring team, delivering the Bee Curious curriculum and building strong relationships with children and families.

We offer flexible 40-hour weeks (four longer days plus a half-day), on-site parking, lunch provided, and extensive professional development along with a wide range of benefits to support your wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.
