Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team in the UK. You will plan and deliver engaging activities, create a safe and inclusive learning space, and build strong relationships with children and families.

The role requires Level 2 qualification in early years/childcare, experience with under-5s, and excellent communication and organisational skills. A supportive environment and opportunities for growth are provided.

What We’re Looking For

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.

You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
