Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Ltd is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join the Warwickshire Contract Team, providing guaranteed hours across multiple high-quality nurseries.

The role covers 0-5 age care, EYFS learning, and requires transport due to location spread. Shifts run between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm with 3 days per week, up to 22.5 hours.

Competitive pay up to £16.25 per hour including holiday pay, with supportive team and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or above in Early Years / Childcare (UK recognised or equivalent).
• Experience in nursery or early years settings preferred.
• Understanding of EYFS framework and safeguarding guidelines.
• Willingness to travel across Warwickshire locations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and age-appropriate learning for children aged 0-5.
• Support development in line with EYFS.
• Create safe, stimulating environments and promote learning through play.
• Follow safeguarding and nursery policies.
• Adapt to different nursery settings and teams.
