TeacherActive Limited. is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner for our Alcester nursery. You will provide nurturing care and educational activities aligned with EYFS, helping children develop through planned, age-appropriate activities while maintaining safeguarding standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with colleagues, strong communication with parents, and a caring, patient approach. A supportive team and a smooth onboarding process are highlighted.

Formación

• Level 3 or Level 2 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
• Good knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding procedures
• Paediatric First Aid or willingness to obtain
• Enhanced DBS or willingness to apply

Responsabilidades

• Support the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS framework
• Plan and engage in age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
• Maintain high standards of care, learning and safeguarding
• Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Work effectively as part of a supportive staff team
