Job summary

TeacherActive is recruiting a Nursery Assistant for a private nursery in the DE11 area. The role is long-term with potential permanent placement, for full-time or part-time hours above 30 per week.

You will support daily nursery tasks, supervise children, plan age-appropriate activities, maintain a safe environment and assist learning and development. The ideal candidate has Level 2/3 in Early Years, EYFS knowledge, and excellent communication in a team.

Qualifications

• A Level 2/3 in Early Years or Childcare.
• Experience in nursery or Early Years setting.
• Knowledge of EYFS framework.
• Caring and patient approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
