TeacherActive is seeking a qualified Nursery Practitioner in Wirral to join a welcoming nursery for children aged 0-5. The role includes day-to-day and long-term work with an Immediate Start, following the EYFS framework and delivering engaging activities to foster learning and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate holds Level 2/3 in Early Years, a valid Paediatric First Aid certificate, and experience in similar settings. The position offers flexible hours, ongoing CPD, and competitive PAYE pay.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
• A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or Early Years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A caring, enthusiastic and reliable approach
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging activities following EYFS to support learning and development
• Support children aged 0-5 across the nursery while ensuring safety and well-being
• Create a caring, engaging and positive environment for young children
