Completely Care Recruitment Consultants Ltd is actively recruiting a Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our agency team in Cardiff. You will deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5, following EYFS guidelines, across flexible shifts with local nurseries.

This agency role offers weekly pay, a £16 per hour rate, and a £250 joining bonus for qualified staff. You will work with supportive teams and have the chance to gain varied experience across Cardiff settings.

Competenze

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential).
• Minimum 6 months’ recent UK experience in a nursery or early years setting.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• DBS Update Service or willingness to obtain one.

Completely Care is currently recruiting experienced and passionate Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join our friendly agency team, supporting well-established nurseries across Cardiff.

The Role

As a Qualified Nursery Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5 years. You will help create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child is supported to learn, develop, and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A proactive, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
• Ability to get stuck in straight away and work independently when required.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
