Job summary

Completely Care is seeking a Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or 3) to support a range of nurseries in the Crowthorne area on flexible agency shifts. The role involves helping create a warm, stimulating environment for children aged 0–5 and contributing to their development through play.

Ideal candidates hold Level 2/3 in Childcare/EY, have EYFS knowledge, and can commit to flexible shifts with DBS on the update service. Weekly pay and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EYFS and child development.
• Enhanced DBS on update service or willing to apply.
• Reliable, flexible and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for children aged 0–5.

Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner looking for flexible work that fits around your schedule?
We’re currently recruiting experienced Early Years professionals to support a range of nurseries across the Crowthorne area on a flexible agency basis.

The Role:

In this role, you’ll be supporting children aged 0–5 in warm and welcoming nursery settings. You’ll help create a positive and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn through play.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities
• Supporting children’s development in line with EYFS
• Assisting with personal care, including feeding and changing
• Promoting a safe, inclusive, and caring environment
• Working collaboratively with nursery teams and communicating effectively with parents

Requirements:

• Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years
