Job summary

Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan, implement and reflect on engaging activities for your key children, encouraging development and independent exploration. You will foster a safe environment, helping children express themselves and develop a lifelong love of learning.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, and strong EYFS safeguarding knowledge.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/care rs.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities tailored to each child to support development toward key milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children to express themselves and foster a lifelong love of learning.
• Support progression toward EYFS milestones and safeguarding practices.
• Develop strong partnerships with parents and colleagues to support children's needs.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Otterbourne Day Nursery and Pre School

Salary level 2 – £27,009 - £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary level 3 – £28,972 - £33,020 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our Otterbourne nursery.

The Role
