Job summary

Bright Horizons Fair Oak Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to each child, fostering development and a love of learning. You’ll create a safe, supportive environment and build strong partnerships with parents and colleagues.

The role requires an Early Years qualification at Level 2 or above; a passion for inclusive learning and EYFS knowledge are essential as is safeguarding awareness.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 2+ Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust with colleagues and parents.

Salary Level 3– £28,072 to £33,020 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

Salary Level 2– £27,009 to £27,823 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage their development towards key milestones. You will create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and help to foster a lifelong love of learning.

What We’re Looking For
