Job summary

Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery and Preschool in Tonbridge, Kent, is seeking an Early Years Practitioner. Salary £29,203–£34,340 per annum, dependent on qualification and experience.

You will plan, create and reflect on engaging activities to support each child’s development within the EYFS. The role requires a full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, a passion for inclusive learning, safeguarding knowledge, and the ability to build strong partnerships with colleagues and parents.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Passion for creating fun and inclusive learning environments.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents/ carers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, implement and reflect on engaging activities, tailored to each of your key children, to encourage development towards key milestones.
• Create a safe environment that allows children the freedom to express themselves, engage their minds, and foster a lifelong love of learning.

Nursery – Bright Horizons Tonbridge Day Nursery and Preschool

Salary – £29,203 - £34,340 per annum (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Practitioner to join our team of long serving staff with lots of experience with SEN, nurture training and a qualified teacher. We have a separate baby garden and a larger space for toddlers and preschool children with a nurturing environment. We are based close to the train station and A21 / M25 for easy commuting.
