Willingcare is seeking a passionate Nursery Practitioner for their outdoor-rich nursery in Walton-on-Thames. Nursery Practitioner

Salary: Up to £30,800 per annum

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week

Bright, big rooms and every single one with its own dedicated garden designed specifically for that age group. Whatever the weather, children at our client's nursery are outside exploring, digging in the mud kitchen, tending to the vegetable patch, and discovering the natural world at their own pace. This is a setting that has invested seriously in giving children the very best of both worlds and it shows.

They are now looking for a passionate and qualified Nursery Practitioner to join their dedicated team and be part of a nursery that does early years properly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
  • Making full use of the room's dedicated all-weather garden
  • Planning and implementing engaging, developmentally appropriate activities in line with EYFS
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with familiesBuilding secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Maintaining a safe, stimulating environment both indoors and outdoors at all times
  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's high standards of practice
