Job summary

Storal is seeking an Early Years Practitioner for a full-time role at Farley Sparsholt Outdoor Nursery School, Sparsholt, near Winchester. You will plan activities, observe progress and provide personal care in an outdoor, adventure-led setting.

You will deliver the Storal curriculum, foster learning in everyday routines, and build strong bonds with children and their families through meaningful interactions. A compassionate, engaging approach is essential.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification Level 2/3 is required.
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings is preferred.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children.
• Apply the Storal curriculum and pedagogy daily in activities.
• Identify learning opportunities in routines such as mealtimes and transitions.
• Bond with children and families by engaging in meaningful moments and deliver high levels of care and empathy.

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily. Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments. You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
