Willing Care Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a Montessori-based nursery in Rickmansworth. This full-time, on-site role focuses on delivering high-quality early years care in line with EYFS and Montessori principles.

You will create a calm, prepared learning environment, encourage independence, and support children’s practical life skills while collaborating with colleagues and engaging with parents to nurture each child’s development.

Qualificações

• Level 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of EYFS and Montessori methods preferred.
• Experience supporting early-years learning and development.

We're looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a beautifully designed, light-filled nursery that embraces the Montessori approach to Early Years education. Every space has been thoughtfully created to encourage curiosity, independence and discovery, with carefully selected resources that support children's natural desire to learn.

With extensive outdoor space for children to play, explore and connect with nature, the nursery provides an inspiring setting for practitioners who enjoy encouraging children to learn at their own pace and develop confidence in their abilities.
