Job description

This is an outstanding setting built around a child-led approach, encouraging children to follow their interests, develop confidence, and learn through meaningful play experiences. Practitioners are given the time and support to create engaging learning opportunities that help children thrive while building strong relationships with families.

The nursery's impressive outdoor environment is a key part of daily life. Children benefit from a large outdoor play area complete with a sandpit, mud kitchen, climbing frame, and plenty of open space for exploration, adventure, and imaginative play. Outdoor learning is fully integrated into the curriculum, helping children develop confidence, resilience, and a love of discovery.

This role is ideal for a passionate early years professional who enjoys supporting children's development in a nurturing, child-centred environment.

  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
