Job summary

Willing care's client nursery in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to deliver warm, high-quality early years care within your designated room. You will plan creative play, focused learning and group activities aligned with EYFS, making full use of a well-resourced environment to support children's development and school readiness.

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential.
  • Experience in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Solid understanding of EYFS and school readiness development.
  • Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic about delivering early years experiences.
  • Reliable, positive and a strong team player.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room.
  • Plan and implement a rich mix of creative play, focused learning and group activities in line with EYFS.
  • Make use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied experiences daily.
  • Observe and document children's progress and share updates with families.
  • Build secure, nurturing relationships with children, families and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the team and uphold Good Ofsted standards.

  • Delivering warm, high-quality care and early years education within your designated room
  • Planning and implementing a rich mix of creative play, focused learning, and group-led activities in line with EYFS
  • Making full use of the nursery's well-resourced environment to provide varied, engaging experiences every day
  • Supporting children's development and school readiness in line with the nursery's strong preparation outcomes
  • Observing and documenting children's progress, sharing updates meaningfully with families
  • Building secure, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Contributing positively to the team and upholding the nursery's Good Ofsted standards. They are now looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join their warm team and play a hands-on role in delivering the high standard of early years practice this nursery is known for.
What Our Client Is Looking For
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above - essential
  • Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
  • A solid understanding of EYFS and a genuine passion for early childhood development
  • Warm, nurturing, and enthusiastic about delivering creative, varied early years experiences
  • Committed to supporting children's school readiness and wider development

  • £30,100 per annum | Full-Time, 40 hours per week | All Year Round | Good Ofsted Rating, £30,100 per annum
